PMJ Service Parts Management was established by Jochen Meyer to expand the footprint of PMK Service Parts Management to North America. PMK was founded by Peter Maier and Matthias Krampe. Together the founder looks back at more than 20 years of service parts management experience and expertise.

Peter Maier received his engineering degree from the Darmstadt University of Technology in Darmstadt, Germany. Maier began his professional career at Linde AG, Wiesbaden, Germany. In 1995, he left Linde as a plant Production Manager for forklifts to become Operations Director at Hako GmbH & Co.KG. After his role as Senior Consultant with Management Engineers, based in Dusseldorf, Germany, Maier returned to Linde AG in 1999. Here he was responsible for managing strategic logistics projects across all business units. By doing so he managed to significantly increase the company’s logistics performance. Subsequently, he became Global Supply Chain Director as well as Director of the European spare parts operation. In 2007, Peter Maier decided to become a freelance logistics and service parts consultant.

Jochen Meyer received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Munich. After industrial engineering and Management Consulting positions he managed the assembly and logistics for Robert Bosch largest Power tool plant and optimized the global production and distribution for Atronic International's slot machines and their spare parts.
In 2003 he moved to the US to head up the global supply chain functions for GPT and Truck-Lite Co.
Before joining Peter Maier and the team to expand the company practice to North America Jochen was responsible for establishing a brand new $30M production site near Pittsburgh for FLABEG Solar where he also masterminded the logistics and supply chain for precision bent solar reflectors.
